We collect e-mail data simply to send news concerning VAT, indirect tax and Customs & Excise Duty matters. Google analytics collects further details of individuals who have visited our website as a result of information we have sent to them. We use this to adjudge which topics are likely to be of interest for future Newsletters.

What is the process if someone asks to be removed from our records?

Our Data Protection Officer, Alison Wood, will remove that person’s records from our database entirely. Please email us directly if you wish to be removed from our contact list or no longer wish to receive our newsletters -
